Instructions on Return: You have 30 days upon receiving your package to return your item if damage is an issue. All items must be returned in the same condition as was sent to you. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. Please contact us at 260-244-0020 to arrange for your return. You must ship the package back to us, registered and fully insured for the retail value. Pack the items safely and securely. Once the item is received by us, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any shipping charges within 7 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us at the number provided.  All items returned must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization form which will be emailed to you.

Returns are rare, but when one does occur the item must be retested. For this reason, we charge a 15% restocking and retesting fee on all returned items.
