Product Return Policy

Our products come with a 100% Guarantee to be free from manufacturer's defects. If however, you find that you've ordered the incorrect item, we'll be happy to exchange it for you for the correct one, once we recieve the item back. Shipping for both the return and new item will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to return something for any other reason, there is a 15% restock fee. For item returns we're happy to refund the cost of the item less the original shipping/handling fee once we get the item back. You'll need to make arrangements for shipping the return item back to us.
